The small family-run farm of San Polino - with a full day sun due to its south-facing slopes, uses permaculture and biodynamic-organic farming to produce a premium Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. Both wines are the opulent expression of the bio-diversity found in San Polino.
While all San Polino wines have the trait of the local terroir, each vintage has it own distinct character and dignity. At San Polino, the winemaker believes that the value of their wines is to be found in their integrity and authenticity and it is through this that they find the value of their labour. San Polino's aim is to produce wines that reflect the year of their vintage, and each of the vintage should be the faithful result of the climatic conditions of that year!
